This should be an interesting class. Let's hope that we can all just ... get through it together.
We're going to start out with a simple warm up - see the overhead presentation for details. All about "Digital resilience". I'm also going to come around and look for the Poet/Poetry assignment notes you might have taken/have on you. See previous post.
After that, we're going to get the Unit One outline and work through what I mean by an online text. I'm pretty sure everyone knows what an MLA format essay is, and so I will cover that and an APA Style report, too. Someday you'll thank me, trust me.
I think we also need to do a bit on web design. I went through as many of your blogs as I could (some have bad typing skills and bad "following instruction" skills, so I missed a few, but the majority I saw were ... a little dull. I'm pretty sure you are not that way, so, let's show you how to move stuff on the internet.
I have a "three in one" presentation tonight, too. It will be about What you should be doing for "Digital resilience", tools at your disposal for research (not jsut google) and finally, "how NOT to do a presentation for 4U English upgrade classes.
